Climate Change and Education
Janahit Nepal recognizes that climate change poses a serious threat to the livelihoods, health, and overall well-being of rural communities. In response, the organization integrates climate change awareness and education into its development programs, aiming to build resilient communities through informed action, adaptation, and environmental stewardship.
Through formal and informal education, capacity building, and community-based awareness campaigns, Janahit empowers individuals—especially youth and women—to understand the impacts of climate change and to adopt sustainable practices that protect both people and the environment.
