Introduction

Janahit Nepal, is pioneer in conducting health and education program, economic development, social mobilization, local governance, poverty reduction, health, and sanitation and hygiene promotion programs in the district. Janahit Nepal is committed to improve the livelihood of the rural people especially the poor and the marginalized through self-help and community mobilization.

The organization is registered at District Administration Office and affiliated with Social Welfare Council, and it is also registered in the NGO Federation of Nepal.

Janahit is committed to people centric development putting people first in any of its intervention. In fact, Janahit has been practicing bottom-up approach to development through lifting people out of poverty by helping them directly.
